Thank you for considering HydroSpa as your supplier of Fine Spas.  In order for us to offer you credit, we must first have your application approved by the ExIm Bank, an agency of the Government of The United States of America.  This guarantees us payment in the unlikely event that you are unable to pay. 

Step One:

Complete the Dealer Agreement.  This information will be used to obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Credit Report on your company.  The form should be signed and faxed to 001 404 7592327:

Step Two:

We require Two (2) Credit References.  You may complete these form as the do not require a signature. The amount of credit your company was extended is not as important as your prompt payment record.

Step Three:

Fax the new account application aqnd two credit references to 001 404 759 2327  or scan and email to katerina@mindspring.com
