Warranty is for parts only and from the date of this invoice to April 28, 2010. Warranty is void if any non-replacement equipment is added or removed from the spa, if the spa is moved from its original location, if the spa is drained and left empty during periods of freezing weather, if the spa is sold to a third party who is not the original end user. Damaged PAK and Topsides must be returned to Premium Leisure, Pumps and blowers must have equipment sticker which includes the serial number of the product. Returns must include the date the item was sold to the end user (maximum of 2 years from this Invoice Date); the serial number of the spa from which the part was removed; Date service was performed.  No service warranty is offered; Parts warranty 2 years; shell warranty lifetime (but not to exceed 7 years or the duration of the original end-user purchase). Parts shipped herein remain the property of Premium Leisure for use as warranty repairs on Premium Leisure Equipment.
