Here is how we do it.
We start with genuine, first quality, continuous cast acrylic
and vacuum form it into our ergonomically designed molds. The
cross linking technology of the acrylic allows us to provide you
with intricate patterns that are contoured to fit all the spa
users with the utmost in comfort. We then add layer-by-layer of
hand rolled fiberglass to the back of the Spa shell to provide
greater structural strength. Our proprietary bonding agents virtually
eliminate the potential for de-lamination. The finished shell
is now ready for the insertion of our high water volume jets. |
